One Year (48 Weeks)

5. Is there an age limit for this program?

Minimum age 20; however, if you have the drive and commitment to grow, age is no barrier to unlocking your leadership potential!

6. Can I join LEAP at any time of the year?

Yes, we have LEAP most of the months, both in English and Malayalam.

7. How to join LEAP?

8. Could you explain the LEAP roadmap?

There are three phases to the LEAP program:

Phase 1: Week 1 to 3 (The Trial Phase)
Phase 2: Week 3 to Week 24
Phase 3: Week 25 to Week 48

13. How does LEAP work?

Step 1: You will gain access to our weekly videos after registering for LEAP.

Step 2: Watch the videos and take notes.

Step 3: You will be assigned to a WhatsApp MasterMind Academy (MMA). Every MMA has a dedicated MasterMind Facilitator (MMF). 

Step 4: Weekly Masterminds - Attend MasterMind Session (MMS) with your MMA members once a week (on Zoom or Google Meet) to discuss and brainstorm the key insights and lessons from the weekly videos.

Step 5: Weekly Masterminds - Attend multiple MasterMind Sessions (MMS) with other MMA members whenever possible (on Zoom or Google Meet). More than 25 MasterMind Sessions are conducted weekly.

Step 6: Quote Club - Join our daily quote club to improve your communication skills and to publish your podcast on a daily basis.

Step 7: SPEAK & SPARK - Join our Smartalk Club and improve your Professional Speaking & Presentation Skills.

​​​​​​14. Is there any specific timing?

You may watch the weekly videos whenever time permits (24/7).

15. Is there any specific timing for the weekly MasterMind Sessions (MMS)?

Most of our Weekly MasterMinds are conducted from 9:00 PM IST to 10:15 PM IST. There are a few MasterMind Sessions held in the morning, especially for participants from the US, Canada and Australia.

16. Approximately how many hours should I invest daily?

A maximum of 2 hours a week.

17. I am not currently working; is this program suitable for me?

Absolutely! LEAP is designed for aspiring leaders, whether you're currently working or not. LEAP will guide you toward reaching your leadership goals. There are a lot of homemakers as well in LEAP.

​18. Will we get Sensei's classes every week?

Sensei joins most of the MasterMind Sessions (MMS) whenever his schedule allows. Additionally, every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM IST, you can participate in "LEAP WITH SENSEI," a dedicated Q&A session with Sensei.

Our curriculum is practical and result-oriented; therefore, it keeps evolving.

21. Will I receive a certificate after the 48-week program?

You will receive a certificate only upon completing the program. The certificate will be awarded based on your active participation in the MasterMind sessions. A minimum attendance of 90% is required to qualify.

​​​22. What if I have a busy schedule? Can I still participate in the LEAP?

Absolutely! The program is designed with flexibility, knowing that most of our participants are business leaders and busy professionals. We’ve structured the sessions and activities to fit your demanding schedule while ensuring you still get the program's total value.
